Q3: What's your delivery port and lead time for your products?
A: Our shipping ports are Xi'an, Shanghai, and Qingdao within China, depending on which option is chosen based on your location and shipping costs. Production usually begins after we receive a 30% deposit, and the specific time depends on the scale of your order, typically ranging from 10 to 25 days. Once your order is confirmed, we will provide you with a more precise delivery schedule and keep you informed of the shipping plan in a timely manner.
Q4: Is the quality of your product guaranteed?
A: Of course.
We have our own brand, and the materials we use are safe. Our well-equipped facilities and excellent quality control throughout all stages of production enable us to guarantee total customer satisfaction. And we conduct inspections at every stage of the process and always make pre-production samples before mass production and final inspection before shipment.
Q5: Do you offer installation?
A: We regret that we cannot provide on-site installation services, but we will provide installation manuals and installation videos. Additionally, our professionals will provide online installation guidance and after-sales support to ensure your product operates smoothly.
Q6: Will the product be damaged during transportation?
A: All our door panels are thoroughly cleaned before packaging, and each door is equipped with black corner protectors, full-round soft white edge protectors, bubble cushioning film, and PE shrink film for comprehensive protection. The door frames are wrapped in pearl cotton and packaged in standardized cartons. The door trim lines are packaged in fixed quantities, accompanied by corresponding English labels and quantity markings. All hardware accessories are individually boxed and packed together, effectively preventing collisions, scratches, deformation, and damage during transportation.
We cooperate with professional international logistics companies, significantly reducing the risk of product damage during transportation. If any product damage occurs during transportation, please contact our customer service team immediately, and we will promptly provide you with proper after-sales service and support.
Q7: How do I place an order?
A: You can select the products you need, consult online, and request a quote, or send an email. Our customer service staff will verify all order details with you, including product specifications, quantity, and delivery time, within 24 hours. Once everything is confirmed to be correct, we will proceed with the subsequent steps for you.
Q8: What's your policy for samples?
A: For small samples, we can offer them for free. For complete doors, we have to charge some cost depending on the actual situation. But we will refund the sample charge to you if you place a bulk order later on.
Q9: What are your trade terms and payment terms?
A: Our trade terms are EXW, FOB, CFR, and CIF. The payment term is a 30% down payment by T/T before bulk production, with the balance paid before shipping. (L/C at sight is available).
