PVC coated wood door uses PVC film laminated onto MDF board as the decorative surface of the door skin, replacing the traditional solid wood paint finishing process, which is made of these materials:
Base material
Mostly high-density fiberboard (HDF) or engineered wood board.Density is usually 0.6–0.9 g/cm³.It provides strong structure.
PVC surface
PVC film, thickness 0.15–0.3 mm.Types include smooth, matte and wood grain.
Core material
Some doors use honeycomb paper core or tubular board.It makes the door lighter and resists deformation.
Accessories
Eco-friendly urea formaldehyde glue (formaldehyde emission ≤ 0.1 mg/m³),edge banding (PVC or ABS),solid wood lines for better shape and strength.

Q: What is the MOQ?
A: Generally, 10 sets for each model. But sometimes, the quantity is negotiable.
Q: How can I confirm that my order has been completed before making the final payment?
A: After finish production, we will send you production photos. If no problem, then please kindly pay the balance. After the container is loaded, we will send loading details (DPL) and loading pictures for your reference.
