2. Project Background

This project is an expansion of a high-end hotel in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. The client MOHAMED SOLIMAN is a long-established local door wholesaler in Saudi Arabia. This procurement is a typical one-stop centralized sourcing order: all guest room main doors, interior bathroom doors, and matching wall decorative panels need to be unified in style and delivery schedule to align with the hotel's premium positioning and construction timeline.

 

3. Cooperation Timeline

The entire process from initial inquiry to final order placement spanned six months. During the early demand alignment phase, the two parties communicated for over 3 months, exchanged hundreds of emails, and held multiple online technical meetings to confirm details such as door leaf thickness, hardware configuration, veneer process, and fire safety standards one by one. To meet the client's requirement for verifying the final effect, we specially produced 1 set of full-process pre-production samples and shipped them to Saudi Arabia. The client only officially placed the bulk production order after confirming the samples met all expectations on site. This full-cycle cooperation model eliminated the client's concerns about cross-border customization and ensured zero deviation in the final delivery results.

 

4. Customized Product Solution

We provided differentiated hidden door + wall panel customization solutions for different spaces of the hotel according to their usage requirements:

4.1 Guest Room Main Doors (160 sets in total)

Structure: 50mm extra-thick door leaf, full-height 2400mm, LVL timber frame + fireproof and moisture-resistant graphene board core filling, balancing stability and safety.

Appearance: Plant wood veneer finish with simple carved lines, inner-open inner-flat hidden door design, visually fully integrated with the wall.

Hardware: 3 hydraulic self-closing hinges per door to ensure automatic door return and improve guest experience.

 

4.2 Bathroom Doors (160 sets in total)

Structure: 46mm thick door leaf, full-height 2400mm, LVL timber frame + fireproof and moisture-resistant graphene board core filling, suitable for humid environment usage requirements

Appearance: Plant wood veneer flat finish, outer-open outer-flat hidden door design to avoid occupying internal bathroom space

Hardware: 3 3D concealed hinges per door, with strong load-bearing capacity and fully hidden design to keep the door appearance clean

4.3 Matching Wall Panels (2,200㎡ in total)

Plant wood veneer finish in the same color and grain as the door leaves, using 18mm thick ENF-grade eco-friendly particleboard with double-sided veneer application process. It not only meets international environmental standards, but also has moisture-proof and deformation-resistant properties. It is matched with invisible interior doors to achieve unified space vision, greatly reducing the coordination cost of multi-supplier for the client.
