LVL lumbers are inherently more stable than traditional finger-jointed boards. They have strong nail-holding power, ensuring that the wooden door will not warp or sag even after many years of installation and tens of thousands of openings and closings.
• Veneer Baseboard: Uses high-density fiberboard (HDF), instead of MDF, as the base material, covered with melamine-impregnated paper, bonded under high temperature and pressure to form a dense and smooth protective layer.
• Door thickness: Normal wooden doors in the market are only 30-40mm thick. The thinner the door leaf, the more prone it is to warping and the shorter its lifespan. DYWM' s latest technology for kitchen melamine doors allows for a thickness of 46mm, and for special requirements, it can reach 50mm, providing better sound insulation and a smooth, resonant closing sound, which effectively blocks cooking fumes and kitchen noise. The overall structure is stable, waterproof, and moisture-proof, optimized for the humid, fumes-filled, and temperature-sensitive environment of the kitchen.
