After being hot-pressed in a hot press machine, the resin cures, and the textures on its surface are simultaneously transferred onto the MDF board, achieving a synchronized pressing effect and forming the door skin. Wooden doors made from such door skins have high output, low cost, and great value for money, making them increasingly popular among modern consumers.

The structure of MDF Melamine Doors as shown in the diagram:

The first layer is the door skin, and the second layer is MDF (medium-density fiberboard). Next, the middle layer consists of a combination of wooden strips and a door core. The frame is made of LVL wooden strips nailed together to form the skeleton. The center can be filled with honeycomb paper, graphene, particleboard, or solid wood mechanical soundproof boards.
Below that is another layer of MDF, followed by another layer of melamine paper veneer. Finally, all four edges are edge-banded with melamine paper in the same color.
