They are not pure solid wood or ordinary PVC plastic, but a "composite" of the two, combining the texture of wood with the durability of plastic. Auxiliary materials include stabilizers, foaming agents, modifiers, etc., to improve processing performance and physical properties. They are extruded in one step under high temperature, high pressure and vacuum conditions. No glue is used, so there is no formaldehyde release, meeting green environmental standards. They are suitable for humid areas such as bathrooms, kitchens and storage rooms. The fire rating can reach Class B1 (oxygen index about 48). They do not support combustion when exposed to open flames and stop burning when the flame is removed. With an internal cell structure and cavity design, the heat transfer coefficient is about 1 W/m²·K, and the sound insulation level is Grade 6. They are insect-proof, anti-corrosion and anti-aging, with a service life of 25-50 years.
