A WPC Flush Door is an eco-friendly composite door made mainly from fine wood powder and polymer resin (like PVC). It is made by extrusion or molding. The door surface is flat (no carvings, no glass, no decorative lines). It is usually used indoors and belongs to the "flush door" category, focusing on a simple, seamless, and easy-to-clean look. Its main material is Wood-Plastic Composite (WPC). The typical mix includes wood powder, thermoplastic plastic, and additives (stabilizers, foaming agents, coupling agents, etc.). It is formed under high temperature and high pressure. Some products use a hollow honeycomb structure or grid frame inside to reduce weight while keeping rigidity. Common thickness is 30–45 mm. Standard sizes include 700×2000 mm, 800×2000 mm, 900×2000 mm (width × height), and custom sizes are available. Density is usually 650–800 kg/m³. The surface can be covered with PVC film, HPL laminate, heat-transfer wood grain, UV coating, or direct spray paint. It can be made in solid colors (such as white, grey) or wood grain looks. It supports secondary processing like CNC carving, edge banding, and hole drilling.

The common "WPC Flush Door" on the market refers to indoor plain WPC doors, different from "WPC Carved Door" or "WPC Glass Door".

• Top layer: PVC Film： This is the decorative layer on the outermost part of the door. It is bonded to the WPC base material through lamination. Its functions are:

1.Provides many textures like wood grain or solid colors, to match different home styles such as cream style and wood style.

2.The surface is smooth and stain-resistant. Dirt can be wiped off easily, making daily care very simple.

3.It also protects the inner WPC base material, improving wear and scratch resistance.

• Middle layer: 5mm WPC Layer： This is a 5mm thick WPC board under the PVC film, acting as the door's structural panel. WPC (wood-plastic composite) is naturally moisture-proof, rot-proof, and crack-resistant. This layer provides stable support for the door, while keeping the surface flat for a smooth lamination finish.
• Core layer: 100% WPC Door Leaf 45mm： The main part of the door is a 45mm thick full WPC core. This is the key difference from ordinary wood doors:

1.The core is made of solid WPC material (or hollow WPC profiles), with no solid wood or glue. This avoids formaldehyde release at the source, so you can move in right after installation.

2.WPC is naturally moisture-proof, insect-proof, and corrosion-resistant. It will not get moldy, warp, or crack even in wet areas like bathrooms and kitchens.

3.The inner hollow structure (visible in the side profile diagrams) also helps with heat insulation and noise reduction, making the room quieter and more comfortable.
