1. Formaldehyde release ≤ 0. 124mg/m³.
2. VOC ≤ 100g/L.
3. Hardness ≥ 2H (pencil test).
4. Impact resistance ≥ 3. 5kJ/m².
5. Heat shrinkage ≤ 1. 5%.
6. Stain resistance (soy sauce, vinegar, etc. do not seep in 24 hours).
7. Temperature range: -20℃ to 70℃.

The key step is vacuum lamination. We use positive and negative pressure machines for high-end products, and negative pressure vacuum machines for regular products. Film material: PVC decorative film, thickness 0. 18–0. 35mm. It has domestic and imported types. With wood grain, stone grain and solid color. It can resist yellowing and aging. Heating temperature: 110–140℃. 130–140℃ for complex shapes, 110–120℃ for flat surfaces. Vacuum degree: ≥-0. 08MPa. Vacuum time: 30–60 seconds. Pressure keeping and cooling: 2–5 minutes, to make the film stick and fix firmly. Working steps: Put door panel on the work table → cover with PVC film→ heat to soften → vacuum suction or double side pressing→ film closely fits the door shape → cool and fix. Then do edge trimming and cleaning. After cooling, trim edges by hand or machine. Cut off extra film. Make corners smooth, no burrs and no cracks. Check the whole door for air bubbles, glue peeling, white marks, scratches and color difference. Repair small defects, and remake broken products.
Wipe dust and oil on the surface with cloth. Mark order info on the back of the door. Then start door assembly, including door frame and door leaf. Door frame production: follow the same steps as door panel. Base board milling, film covering, 45° angle cutting, frame assembly with glue and nails. Door leaf assembly:Solid wood doors add wood strips inside to prevent deformation. Glass doors are inlaid with tempered glass, fixed by glass glue, and fitted with pressure strips. The last step is final inspection and packing. Full check on size, appearance, hardware and sealing performance. Pass E0 formaldehyde emission standard. Pack with plastic film, foam and carton. Keep away from water and scratch. Stick labels and put into warehouse.
