In modern home furnishing trade, balancing regional climate with product lifespan is a key indicator of a factory's strength. Recently, our factory successfully customized a batch of PVC wood glass doors for a customer in Cameroon, Africa, covering multiple application scenarios including living rooms, bedrooms, and bathrooms. These doors not only present an exquisite pure white aesthetic but also utilize cutting-edge technology in their internal construction: the door panels use a sturdy solid wood frame as the skeleton, with a core filled with a graphene composite board, resulting in excellent flatness, perfect sound insulation and structural stability.

In terms of the manufacturing process, we first CNC-carve the door skins of HDF high-density fiberboard into an exquisite glass frame shape. Then manually create the raised outer frames for the glass windows. Next, put these door skins into vacuum forming machine to coat with PVC film. After that, a rectangular hole is routed out of the door leaf to serve as the position for installing the glass. Then, the prepared door skins and the door leaf are placed into a cold press for lamination. On the top side edge of the door leaf, we leave an installation gap. After the door leaf pressing is completed, insert the 8mm thick frosted tempered glass through this opening, then apply expanding foam to fill the gap, and finally finish the surface. That completes the process, giving the finished product both a three-dimensional feel and transparency.

The Cameroonian customer's firm choice of PVC wood glass doors, rather than traditional painted wood glass doors, is based on careful consideration of the local climate conditions. This customer lives in a coastal city in Africa, constantly exposed to high temperatures, high humidity, and the corrosive effects of sea salt. In such extreme conditions, painted doors are highly susceptible to paint cracking or warping due to moisture. The PVC vacuum forming process, through a full-coverage treatment, creates a natural waterproof barrier on the door surface, its superior moisture resistance and corrosion resistance perfectly meeting the needs of coastal residences. Furthermore, the matching 8mm frosted tempered glass ensures ample natural light while achieving "light transmission without transparency" through its frosted texture, precisely protecting the resident's privacy.

In the African furniture market, pure white has always been a consistently popular colour. This is not only because white effectively reflects heat radiation, creating a cleaner indoor feel, but also because it represents a simple and elegant modern lifestyle. As a leader in the wooden door industry with nearly 20 years of experience, our factory's core competitiveness lies in "full-dimensional personalized customization." Furthermore, we are skilled at ensuring that doors, wall panels, and wardrobes are color-coordinated and seamlessly integrated. Whether it's the texture and colour of the door veneer or the geometric shape of the door panel, we can precisely match it to the customer's specific needs and aesthetic standards.
