How We Completed The Rush Order Of Wall Panels Within 4 Days!

In this customized wooden door and furniture industry, speed is usually the true test of strength. In mid-July, in the sweltering heat, our company received an urgent order from a Greek wooden wall panel distributor. The customer urgently needed over 90 custom-made curved grille wall panels, requiring delivery within one week. After deducting shipping and customs clearance, the factory had only 5 days for pure production actually. We had never encountered such an urgent order before. This was a new customer, our first time working together. We took this very seriously.

Adding to the challenge, the customer only provided a photo of the finished product. Faced with the tight deadline, our technical team responded swiftly, creating a precise CAD drawing based on the details in the photo within hours, free of charge, and confirming it with the customer online. This professional and efficient initial performance deeply impressed the overseas Greek customer, who prepaid the full amount to our account without even meeting us in person.

With the order secured, the battle began. Despite it was very hot and there were soaring temperatures in the production workshop, everyone from the workshop supervisor to the production line workers went into "full steam" mode. For this batch of curved grille wall panels, we selected high-density fiberboard (HDF), which the density is 980 kg/m³. as the substrate board. First, we used a high-precision engraving machine to create the grooves. However, the depth of this curved groove is non-standard. The current carving bids on the engraving machine cannot carve out such grooves. Therefore, we had to customize several carving cutter heads in no time. It only took one day to resolve this issue. It must be said, the efficiency was really high. Next, we run 3 engraving machines at full capacity. As soon as the HDF boards were engraved, workers immediately started hand-sanding them right on the spot. After that, the boards were sent directly to the vacuum forming machine to start the PVC vacuum forming process.

The entire operation was seamlessly connected. To ensure the customer's specified "high-gloss white" achieved a mirror-like flatness and gloss, quality inspectors closely monitored the vacuum forming pressure and temperature throughout the process, ensuring every grille corner fit perfectly. Working tirelessly overtime, we completed the entire process-from raw material preparation, vacuum forming, cleaning to finished product packaging-in just 4 days, instead of the originally planned five-day production time.

When this batch of high-gloss white curved grille wall panels was perfectly presented, its shining, streamlined curved design and warm color perfectly blended modern minimalism with a touch of understated luxury. This process is not only scratch-resistant, Waterproof, and easy to clean, but also transfuses the space with a strong sense of depth and artistic flair.
